Proform Construction is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to oversee planning and delivery of construction projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects and construction phases
- Quality control & Code compliance
- Weekly meetings & recap emails (with budget & schedule forecasts bi-weekly)
- Receipt coding for jobs (all invoices that come in will be filed in office and need to be coded before payroll and invoicing)
- Write up change orders and track (based on draft estimating done by Lead Carpenter)
- Check daily logs for quality and accuracy
- Budget updates
- Pull any necessary permits (not provided by Architect/Designer)
- Review and release any change orders
